Lead Conversion Specialist

BFG is seeking an energetic and reliable Lead Conversion Specialist to become part of the BFG Marketing Department. This position requires a pleasant and professional phone presence along with superb follow-up and interpersonal skills in order to create a great and lasting impression with our leads and prospects.

The BFG marketing funnel contains leads which are obtained from “America’s Wealth Management Show”, television, social media campaigns, email blasts, website traffic, and other lead sources. The successful candidate will make initial contact with leads generated from these lead sources and set appointments for qualified and interested leads to meet with one of our advisory teams. Other duties include initiating contact with existing leads in the BFG database and entering activities and call notes into Salesforce CRM.

The position reports to the BFG Chief Marketing Officer and will also have other duties as necessary to assist the BFG Marketing team achieve its goals.

Primary Duties:
o Lead calling/setting appointments with qualified prospects
o Follow up with leads who have requested information
o Promote marketing events to leads during sales process
o Log all interactions with leads properly in Salesforce
o Track, categorize and prioritize leads in Salesforce or Pardot.
o Keep all contact information and campaigns are updated regularly
o Work within the BFG marketing team to develop prospect marketing strategies and processes.
o Assist with the development of scripts for client/prospect call scenarios.
o Works closely with Financial Advisors and Sales Staff
o Make follow-up calls to prospects to ensure all materials previously requested were received
o Open up a channel of communication to validate if the prospect is qualified and interested.
o Identify trends with leads
o Reports directly to the Chief Marketing Officer
o Perform other duties as needed

Job Qualifications:
o Relevant College Degree (e.g., Marketing, Communications,) or prior related job experience
o Experience in financial services marketing is preferred
o Excellent telephone etiquette and professional phone voice
o Knowledge of Microsoft Office products, Salesforce and Pardot is preferred
